    香菇豆瓣肉酱

    在家煮了粥,想做一个香菇肉酱做配粥的小菜吧。正好家里还有一瓶豆瓣酱,那就放在肉酱里好了。

     

    香菇豆瓣肉酱

    配料:香菇若干,肉碎,豆瓣酱

    做法:
    1、碎肉里放上一个鸡蛋,还有胡椒粉和花椒粉,搅拌均匀,放一边待用。
    2、香菇切洗净切小丁。
    3、开油锅,放入待用的肉碎,翻炒到肉末散开成白色。
    4、锅里放入适量酱油,加入少许的水,再放入两勺豆瓣酱和香菇丁,继续翻炒。(因为豆瓣酱已经有咸味,可根据自己的口味酌量加入盐和味精,基本上无需再加咸淡了,不过可加点味素,提点鲜味)。
    5、出锅前,勾欠收干汤汁。
     
     
    很简单的一道小菜,味道也不错哦!有兴趣试试吧。
